(San Marcos, TX) -- A new traffic signal at Wonder World Drive and Craddock Avenue will be turned on today and will go fully operational in July. The traffic signal was designed and constructed using remaining funds from the city’s Wonder World Drive Extension Project. Craddock Avenue is a major intersection with Wonder World Drive, connecting neighborhoods and the Purgatory Creek Preserve to the new divided parkway and Ranch Road 12. The three and a half mile parkway links traffic from I-35 to western Hays County. Again, that signal will begin flashing yellow today and will go fully operational July 11th.
