Narcotics Raid on Canyon Lake Home Nets Two Arrests
(Comal County, TX) -- Members of the Comal County Metro Narcotics Task Force and the Comal County SWAT team took 2 people into custody on Friday after they served a narcotics search warrant on their home in the 400 block of Forest Hill Drive, near Canyon Lake. During that raid, officers say they found drugs and stolen property inside the residence, and two people were arrested: 46-year old Michael Greene and 30-year old Crystal Yarbrough. Greene was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance - Penalty Group 1, plus possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, and theft of property. Yarbrough was charged with possession of a controlled substance - Penalty Group 1, plus possession of a controlled substance - Penalty Group 3, and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana. Greene is currently being held without bond on the theft charges, plus 95-hundred dollars in bonds on the drug charges. Yarbrough’s bond was set at $8,750. Both remain in custody at the Comal County Jail.
